밴드는 곡에 자아 파괴와 구원, 역설적이지만 직설적인, 그리고 광기를 탐구하는 메시지를 담았다. 이 음악을 통해 자신의 행동이 어두운 곳으로 이끄는 것을 인지하면서도, '자살'이 아닌 '구원'으로 설명하며 미래로 나아가려 발버둥 치는 우리의 모습을 담아냈다.
